Listed below are the basic requirements to become a Kevana Realty Agent.
Commercial Agents:
- Business professional attire
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency with Google Software/Microsoft Office.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of the retail, office and restaurant industry.
- High energy and a drive to succeed in a fast paced, competitive business.
- Licensed Salesperson in either the District of Columbia, Virginia, or
Maryland - Generating sales leads via cold calling and canvassing
- Networking to identify potential new business opportunities
- Making sales presentations to prospective clients
- Closing sales
- Managing overall client process and satisfaction for existing and new
client relationships - Long-term potential to develop a client base through a variety of cold and
warm selling techniques, through referrals and business development
activities such as networking via business functions and events. - Highly motivated, driven to succeed and have exceptional sales and
negotiation skills - Project a confident and professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Strong Relationship builder; Positive and persuasive personality
- Strong work ethic
- Strong entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work alone and within a team
- Excellent computer skills and comfortable with internet-based research
- Advise office decision makers, retailers and restaurants in site selection
- Military experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
Residential Agents:

Commission Split: 90/10. When agents utilize the Kevana Cash Back at Closing™ model, training, and systems they will receive 90% of the commission earned per transaction.
