With his roots deep in the DC Metropolitan Area, Kevin’s local upbringing has given him a unique understanding of neighborhoods from Gaithersburg and Chevy Chase in Maryland, to Capitol Hill and Georgetown DC, and all over Northern Virginia.

Kiana Noorishad - Corporate Attorney

Kiana Noorishad is a passionate and knowledgeable contract law attorney based in Fairfax, Virginia. Renowned for her fierce legal advocacy, Kiana approaches each contract/transaction with compassion, understanding, and accuracy. While she’s empathetic in personal consultations, she adopts a dynamic and assertive stance regarding your real estate transaction. Kiana completed her undergraduate studies at George Washington University, followed by her law degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law. During her academic years, she served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She also gained experience as a summer law clerk at DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP, and the Law Offices of David B. Shapiro. After a tenure as an associate at Noorishad Law, PC, she established Metropolitan Law PLLC, focusing on contract law & criminal/traffic matters.

During Kiana’s early years she worked full time as a Document Review Attorney. She specialized in the content of legal proceedings, which is the process whereby each party to a case sorts through and analyzes documents and data they possess (and later the documents and data supplied by their opponents through discovery) to determine which are sensitive or otherwise relevant to the case.

Kiana has decided to combine all of her extensive legal experience into one company – Kevana Realty, LLC. She works closely with her husband Kevin Coumes with all of the company’s transactions.
